WATERFORD Foods' chief executive, Mr Matt Walsh, has substantially increased his shareholding in the company following purchases in the market. According to a disclosure to the Stock Exchange, Mr Walsh bought 100,000 Waterford shares at 102p and 4,000 shares at 100p each last week. Following the purchases, Mr Walsh has 170,603 Waterford shares - 0.255 per cent of the total equity.
