The British clinical waste disposal company, ScotSafe, has been sold to Eurocare Environmental Services for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will preserve 30 jobs in ScotSafe's Co Cork subsidiary, GaelSafe. GaelSafe was recently given preferred bidder status for the Joint National Waste Management Board's all-Ireland disposal contract.
