Merrill Lynch is urging caution when investing in the European markets

Merrill Lynch is urging caution when investing in the European markets. It says the European equity market is overbought and warns that any rebound in the euro could result in underperformance of equities relative to bonds. Among the stocks Merrill Lynch is recommending are Nokia, Philips, Pechiney, Royal Dutch and Stora Enso.
