The Walsh family has sold most of its shareholding in Walsh Family Foods, the Finglas-based manufacturer of frozen and chilled convenience foods which employs more than 50 people, to a management buy-in team and ICC Venture Capital. ICC has paid £1.5 million, for a minority stake, of more than 35 per cent.
