Viridian's software subsidiary, Sx3, has made its second acquisition in the space of a week - the British systems integration company, XBS. Based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, XBS has annual sales of £9 million sterling (€15.4 million) and 55 staff. The acquisition is part of an aggressive expansion programme by Sx3.
