Barclays is facing a campaign of industrial action after talks over a pay dispute broke down, one of the bank's unions has announced. UNIFI said it had no alternative but to resort to industrial action after Barclays turned down a request to go to Acas, the arbitration service, to try to settle a row over a new performance-related scheme. UNIFI said industrial action could include a work to rule, overtime ban and working strictly to contracted hours.
