UNIGATE has acquired Booker's Ballymoney, Co Antrim, bacon factory the deal is part of the sale of Booker's Lovett bacon business to Unigate for a total of £20.3 million sterling.

Lovell is made up of Evesham based Stocks Lovell and Lovell & Christmas (Ulster), based in Ballymoney. Both companies process and distribute bacon and pork products to shops.
