Unidare has sold subsidiary Southborough International (Southborough), to Complex Tooling & Moulding, for an estimated £5.1 million. The proceeds will be used to make investments in growth opportunities in its core activities, the group said.

Southborough manufactures metal enclosures and electronic assemblies for the computer, telecommunications and medical industries in Kells, Co Meath and Limerick. Complex is a US company based in Colorado and produces tools and metal parts.
