Twoway, the Co Dublin forwarding and logistics company, has bought the Cork-based freight company NHD for an undisclosed sum, thought to exceed £1 million (€1.27 million). The buy was funded through cash and shares. Mr Neil Hegarty, who founded NHD in 1994, will join the board of Twoway and continue as managing director of NHD.
