Tullow Oil has completed its acquisition of the Ghanaian interests of EO Group for $305 million (€212 million) after all of its conditions to buy the exploration assets were satisfied.

The deal will increase Tullow’s interest in the West Cape Three Points licence covering an area off the coast of Ghana to 26.4 per cent. It also it increases the Iseq-listed exploration group’s stake in Ghana’s Jubilee field to 36.5 per cent.
