TSB Bank has appointed Mr Greg Lawless as chief financial officer. Mr Lawless was previously chief executive and group finance director of the grocery/distribution group Allegro and chief financial officer designate of NewBank, the institution due to be established following a merger of TSB and ACC banks. That merger was abandoned last week.
