THE head hunters are looking for a successor to Donal Mangan as chief executive of Dublin Bus. Mangan is in charge full-time of the LUAS light rail project in the capital. The acting chief executive is Liam Walsh, whose background is in human resources or what used to be known, more prosaically, as industrial relations. There will be plenty of scope for that for the new man or woman.
