Executive directors

Jim Flavin, executive chairman. He founded the company in 1976 and was chief executive until earlier this year.

Tommy Breen, group managing director. He was chief operating officer until earlier this year.

Fergal O'Dwyer, chief financial officer. He joined the board in 2000.
