Tango Telecom, a Limerickbased company developing services for next generation telecommunications network operators, has announced the appointment of Dr Jim Mountjoy as non-executive chairman of the board of directors.

Dr Mountjoy was founder and chief executive officer of Euristix, a telecommunications network management company that was acquired by Fore Systems in 1999 for £58 million (€73.6 million).
