THE new British newspaper Sunday Business will be on sale in the Republic tomorrow following a resolution of a dispute with the Sunday Business Post, the High Court was told yesterday.

Earlier this week the publishers of Sunday Business gave an undertaking in the High Court not to sell it in the Republic. The Sunday Business Post had sought an injunction to prevent the British newspaper from being sold or being offered for sale here.

Mr Justice McCracken had refused the Sunday Business Post an injunction restraining the British newspaper from being sold in Northern Ireland.

Yesterday Mr David Barniville, counsel for Sunday Business, told the judge that the parties were in the process of resolving their differences. It had been agreed that the undertaking could be discharged and the British newspaper could be published.

The judge said he would put the matter in for mention on Monday.
