ACCOUNTANT Mr Bernard Somers, who once held a 25 per cent stake in Adare Printing, has reduced his stake further following the sale of 100,000 shares. This brings Mr Somers' shareholding in Adare down to 1.45 million shares or 13.7 per cent of the total equity.

The price of the most recent share sale has not been disclosed but Adare - in a statement to the Stock Exchange - said that Mr Somers had reduced his shareholding "pursuant to an option exercised by a director of Adare".
