ACCOUNTANT Mr Bernard Somers has realised around £440,000 after selling 100,000 Adare Printing shares last week. This sale means that Mr Somers a former director of Adare has sold over £1.25 million in shares in the past year, bringing his stake down from a peak of 25 per cent to 14.55 per cent after the most recent sale.

Mr Somers did not indicate the price at which he sold Adare shares last week, but said that he sold them on June 27th. Adare traded twice at 435p and 445p that day. With a 14.55 per cent stake worth almost £7 million, Mr Somers is still by far the largest shareholder in Adare.
