Mr Jerry Liston has been appointed executive chairman of the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin. Mr Liston, former chief executive of United Drug, is a past chairman of the Marketing Society and a past president of the Irish Management Institute executive council. He will take up his appointment in October, succeeding Mr Laurence Crowley who has held the post for the past 10 years.
