ABN-Amro is advising investors to consider investing in smaller Irish stocks which are among the cheapest in Europe. Within this sector it has issued a strong buy recommendation for Grafton, Jurys Doyle and Kingspan. These stocks will benefit from a supportive economic environment not just in Ireland but also in Britain, according to the brokers. ABN-Amro is also recommending Arnotts, Green, Irish Continental Group and Ryan Hotels as a buy. "Our focused approach reflects the ongoing negative technical situation for many companies. However, there is value for bottom fishers and those with patience to hold on for corporate activity," according to the report.
