A 30 strong delegation from the Singapore British Business Council was in Belfast last week on a mission to encourage trade between Northern Ireland and Singapore. The members were accompanied by former Northern Ireland Economy Minister, Mr Richard Needham, and the joint chairman of the council, Sir Charles Powell, a former adviser to Mrs Thatcher.
