Dublin restaurant Dobbins Wine Bistro continues to defy the recession.

When many other establishments are going under as people curb their dining out, recently filed accounts show the bistro, headed by chef Gary Flynn, retained a profit of €11,732 in 2009. This brought its accumulated profit to just over €480,000.
