SHANNON Development has approved seed capital under its equity investment role to two small indigenous industries in Co Limerick. Drum Furniture at the Shannon Enterprise Centre in Drumcollogher was established last year and specialises in the design of high-quality crystal and steel furniture.

Viewlight Systems Ltd, based on the university campus, was established two years ago. It specialises in the design of devices for use with overhead projectors in visual presentation to small and medium-sized groups.
