THE Minister for Health, Mr Noonan, has appointed seven new board members to the VHI this week. They are: Ms Ann Fitzgerald, secretary general of the Irish Association of Investment Managers; Mr Phil Flynn, former president of ICTU; Mr John McMenamin SC; Mr John O'Connor, consulting engineer at O'Connor Sutton Cronin; Ms Lucy Pugh, administrator at SIPTU; Ms Sheila Brazil, a company director; and Mr Paul Coulson, a company chairman and chief executive.
