Agri-services group Origin Enterprises has announced a rebranding of its British agronomy services businesses. The group’s Masstock and United Agri Products (UAP) divisions are to be merged under the brand name Agrii.

“Agrii represents a key milestone in bringing together two of the UK’s leading agri-service organisations onto a single platform,” said Origin chief executive Tom O’Mahony.

Masstock was acquired by Origin in February 2008 while UAP was bought in March 2011.

Origin shares closed unchanged at €3.15 on Dublin’s enterprise securities market last night.
