Italy’s Gruppo Campari posted double-digit growth in sales for 2010, driven partly by the acquisition of three former C&C liqueur brands.

Last October, Campari acquired the Frangelico, Carolans and Irish Mist brands from Scottish drinks group William Grant Sons, which in turn had purchased the brands from C&C in May.

The Milan-based group saw group sales jump 15.3 per cent to € 1.16 billion in 2010.
