British drinks group Britvic has agreed to acquire Tyrone-based wholesaler Quinn’s of Cookstown from Tennents Northern Ireland, which is part of CC.

The cost of the deal was not disclosed but is understood to be below €5 million. Quinn has annual turnover of about £18 million and employs 30 staff.
