Budget airline Ryanair has filed a complaint with the European Commission against Lufthansa, alleging that the German carrier was engaged in below-cost selling. The Dublin-based airline claimed Lufthansa was selling below-cost tickets on the Frankfurt-London Stansted and Stansted-Hamburg routes, on which it faced direct competition from Ryanair.
