A RUSSIAN airline, Pulkovo Airlines, will begin a weekly service between St Petersburg and Shannon which will link up with Aer Lingus flights to New York, Chicago and Boston. Pulkovo will operate a Tupolev 54 jet between St Petersburg and Shannon every Friday.
