THE Ring Gard Group, a subsidiary of IFG, the financial services company, has acquired Bryark, a Tallaght, Dublin manufacturer of security cabinets. No consideration has been disclosed but it is not thought to be material. Ring Gard raised £980,000 through a BES last year and this is being used for expansion in Ireland and in Britain. It is involved in the roller shutter door market through a Birmingham based subsidiary. Production of the full Ring Shield range is to be centred at the Tallaght plant.
