The Revenue is getting tough on those who don't file statutory documents. Not only are fines being imposed but the Irish Trade Protection Association reports that, in recent weeks, the Attorney General has registered a number of judgments for £1,200 due to the non-payment of these fines imposed by the Revenue for late or non-filing of key tax documents.
