Dunnes Stores was yesterday granted an adjournment of one week in the High Court in relation to the legal action being taken by its head of finance, Larry Howard.

The adjournment was sought to allow the company to file a replying affidavit with the court in response to Mr Howard’s claims that he has been unfairly excluded from carrying out his duties with Dunnes Stores for the past three months. The matter will come before the court again on March 28th.
