The legal action by the Dunnes Stores head of finance over allegedly been placed on “garden leave” since late last year has been adjourned for another week at the High Court.

Larry Howard’s action was before the High Court last week and was adjourned. Mr Justice Roderick Murphy was told yesterday by Michael McDowell SC, for Mr Howard, that Dunnes required a short additional period to finalise affidavits. The case was adjourned for a further week.
