A creditors meeting has been called for the company behind Old Darnley Lodge, a hotel in Athboy. A liquidator to Old Darnley Lodge Ltd will be appointed at the meeting.

The long-established hotel, on the main street in the Co Meath town, is owned by the property developer Patrick Kerrigan, whose main company is Midland Contractors.

The meeting will be held in the Red Cow Moran’s Hotel at 5pm on April 8th, a newspaper notice states.
