Cloghran Motor Company Ltd’s ability to discharge its debts depends on the outcome of a High Court case against Airport Motors Holdings Ltd, accounts show.

The accounts for 2009, when Cloghran, which traded as Airport Kia, went into receivership, show it had a deficit in shareholders’ funds of €579,164.
