A RECORD shop is to pay a record rent at the Setanta Centre in Dublin's Nassau Street. Celtic Note will pay £70,000 a year or £56.50 a square foot for the shop - a new benchmark for the street. The shop was built by Green Property and is situated between the Kilkenny Shop and Blarney Woollen Mills. The letting was handled by Jones Lang Wootton who said there had been keen competition for the unit.
