The six executive directors of Readymix received remuneration of £395,000 in 1995 (an average of £65,800), up from £371,000 in 1994.
The six directors also received benefits in kind of £40,000 and the company's contribution to its pension amounted to £85,000. The three non executive directors received unchanged fees of £20,000.
