ANOTHER piece in the Republic's EMU jigsaw fell into place last night as the Minister for Finance, Mr Quinn, approved the preparation of a national plan for the switch to the single currency. The plan will set out how Government departments and other key players will implement the changeover, which is set to take place on January 1st, 1999.
