Premier Oil has announced a gas discovery off Indonesia yesterday which, on a preliminary evaluation, has reserves in the range of 200-400 billion cubic feet. The discovery, made in Block A of the Natuna Sea, will be subject to additional technical work, including the analysis of a 3D seismic survey. Three additional wells are planned in the block which Premier operates and has a 66.67 per cent equity interest.
