A new plastics packaging firm in Casla, Co Galway, has a new joint venture partner, Springvale EPS, involved with its operations, owners ILP Group announced yesterday. Arcol ILP Mouldings, which will change its name to Casla Foam Mouldings, has manufactured polypropylene packaging at its 18,000 square foot factory since it was established with Udaras na Gaeltachta funding last year. Springvale is a manufacture of expanded polystyrene at Ballyclare, Co Antrim, and owns Brown Brothers Polystyrene in England.
