The Chicago Pizza Pie Factory on St Stephen's Green in Dublin has been sold by its owners Capital Radio plc for £848,740 to the Irish leisure company, Leisureplex, which is controlled by the Butler family. Capital Radio said the restaurant in the year ended September 30th, 1997, made a pre-tax profit of £58,000, but it did not fit with the company's other restaurants which mainly concentrate on serving latin food.
