IWP International shares worth £1.36 million sterling (£1.59 million) were sold by Perpetual plc on Thursday, the same day that IWP announced its agreed £51.3 million sterling bid for Jeyes Group. The sale of the block of shares represents 1.9 per cent of IWP's ordinary share capital. The 370,000 shares were sold for £3.67 sterling per unit.
