The Irish Penal Reform Trust will host a Prison Law Seminar on Monday, October 22nd at 5pm in Distillery Building, Church Street, Dublin 7 on “Parole Reform and the ECHR”.
Speakers include Tony Kelly, leading Scottish human rights and prison law solicitor, and James Mehigan BL, whose London practice focuses on criminal defence, extradition and prison law.
