It was reported yesterday that investment group One51 was issuing a second proxy form ahead of its upcoming annual general meeting and that this would "effectively cancel" the original one. This is not the case. The second proxy form contains only one resolution - whether to elect shareholder Peter Byrne to the board. All other resolutions, including the re-election of existing directors, are on the original proxy form.
