Mr Denis O'Brien, the chairman of Esat Telecom, has upped his stake in PGA European Tour Course, the golf course operator, to 12 per cent through the purchase of 25,000 shares at 41p. Mr O'Brien has agreed to buy additional shares at prices ranging from 50p to 59p which will take his stake to 12.1 per cent.
