THE executive chairman of Norish, Mr Brian Joyce, has bought 43,865 shares in the company at 63p through the pension scheme of his marketing consultancy, Joyce Marketing Services. Mr Joyce, who is also chairman of CIE, already holds 50,000 Norish shares according to the company's 1995 annual report. His total holding in the company is now 100,000 shares or 1.18 per cent of the total equity, according to a notification released by the stock exchange yesterday.
