ECONOMIC sentiment among businesses and consumers in the European Union remained unchanged in July but worries about employment worsened in France, the European Commission said yesterday.

In its monthly survey covering a vast array of firms and individuals, the commission found economic confidence unmoved from levels seen in recent months.
