Five directors of Northern Ireland Electricity have each received 300 shares in the form of flotation share incentives. The directors are chief executive, Mr Patrick Haren, Prof Mary McAleese, Mr Walter McClay, Mr Harry McCracken and Mr Philip Woodworth. The five directors have small share holdings in NIE varying between 7,600 and 8,600 shares. Northern Ireland Electricity shares closed at 366p sterling yesterday.
