BUSINESS confidence in Northern Ireland is continuing to fall, according to the latest survey by the Confederation of British Industry published yesterday. However, the fall in companies confidence in their own business over the past two months is not by as large a margin as in the previous survey. The decline is due mainly to the manufacturing sector, with confidence rising slightly in the service sector. Mr Bill Tosh, chairman of CBI Northern Ireland, said the main concern reported was the continuing instability as the marching season approaches.
