UNITED Drug has set up a joint venture company with the British UniChem group to provide distribution services to pharmaceutical and health care manufacturers in the British market. The company, UniDrug, will be equally owned by the two partners and will provide order processing, warehousing, and information services to its British customer base, it announced yesterday. United Drug's clients include Astra Pharmaceuticals, Eli Lilly, Bristol Myers Squibb and Zeneca.
