A Pounds 20 million office facility for the Bar Council, being built near the Four Courts, in Dublin, is being funded by Irish Intercontinental Bank.site of a John Jameson Distillery grain store and drying tower.

Among the facilities will be a library, conference rooms, a restaurant, a gym and a creche. An international arbitration centre will provide four hearing rooms. The first phase of 170 office suites will be completed by October with the entire development ready for occupation by January.
